These are a couple of posters done for AIGA events. The big black and red type on the left was done in Vinyl on the physical copy of this poster. the mixture of textures made it really stick out on the wall. The Ryan Lascano poster was inspired by the awesome thing that he started to help out the young design community here in Boise called Sprout.
My first LP design and what fun I had with it. It was kinda a short project but I feel that I took it to a wonderful finishing point. The colors I had fun with, a definite inspiration from David Carson but with a little flavor from the the Orchestra
Half of what you see nothing of what you hear. Advanced Typography assignment that was shown last fall at a show in Japan at Nagoya Zokei University. My first show and a I had so much fun with this piece.

Experimental Typography Calender This was a advanced typography assignment a couple of semesters ago. December is my favorite.
The Thirsty Monk... A logo and package design for 388. We had to come up with a company name, logo, and package design. We also did building signage but that part is not quite as cool as this stuff. The Thirsty Monk is none other than Mr Kerry Mitchel, a wonderful friend and extremely cool guy
Here we have a poster for the Opera Faust done for 362. the fire turned out pretty cool.
A Brand Smack addition to the portfolio. I had so much fun with this poster, it's amazing how cool my job is. It seems the crazier the idea the more people like it.

Here is a couple of pages out of a book of photographs I did at TTC. They were taken at magnolia plantation out side of Charleston SC.
Folly Beach, good times. Very sexual sand, I can almost feel it in between my toes.
Here is a brochure about Bicycles. Informative yet very attractive, good use of white space, very clean type, and I liked the color palette too.

Here is a illustration for a project in 362. I am really starting to learn how to color things in Photoshop and give them depth. a giraffe and a sock puppet, very cool indeed.
Here is a couple pages out of a book project for 204. More fun with type, also some interesting perspective on what makes my glass half full or half empty. I kinda miss my long hair looking at these illustrations.
here is the 3rd of the series. Again using the motion of the type to express the sound of the music. fun project
Here is the second of the series. A slight variation from the previous color palette, but still a real bluesy feel. I tried to provoke the feeling of each artist music in this series.
This one of a series of jazz posters that I did for art 203. This one in particular is my favorite. I love the color scheme and the motion of the typography. This was my first experiment with the blur tool in Photoshop. I enjoyed this project you can almost hear Kind of Blue in this poster.
